Hello, my name is Dr. Jennifer Busico and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a native San Diegan and enjoy all that this beautiful city has to offer.  I graduated cum laude from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. During my collegiate education I studied at the John Felice Rome Center in Italy.  I went on to graduate with honors from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.  Subsequently, I went on to earn a Doctorate of Psychology in Couple and Family Thearpy.  I also served as an adjunct faculty member at Alliant International University instructing master's students.   

I have over 10,000 hours providing therapy to individuals, children, families, and couples. My experience includes working with: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, mental disorders, parenting, trauma, and relational/familial distress.  I am also currently providing therapeutic services at the San Diego Family Justice Center assisting victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.  

What brings me great pride as a therapist is seeing the success and harmony of individuals once they have completed therapy.
